Information regarding health status, special care needs, and chronic conditions will be collected separately through the Guest Information and Consent Form.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to the third-age tourism package tour purchased by the Customer through Senior Travel Turkey.
3. Package Tour Content
- Accommodation (contracted hotel)
- Airport – Hotel – Hospital transfers
- Daily nursing support services (within the hotel)
- Cultural tours
- Hospital appointment scheduling and coordination services
- Guiding and organizational services
4. Service Fee and Payment
Total Package Price: ……… EUR / USD
A %… advance payment shall be made at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance payable before the commencement of the service.
For payments made in foreign currency, exchange rate differences shall be borne by the Customer.
6. Cancellation, Refund, and Price Changes

7. Liability and Health Declaration
The Customer is obliged to declare their current health condition accurately.
Senior Travel Turkey is responsible for organization and coordination only and is not responsible for medical treatments or practices.
Senior Travel Turkey shall not be held directly liable for errors or faults arising from hotels, airlines, or hospitals.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Customer data is processed for accommodation, hospital coordination, official notifications, and invoicing purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Turkish law shall apply.
The competent authorities are the İzmir Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.
10. Approval
By checking the box “I have read, understood, and accepted the agreement” during the reservation process, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted this agreement.
